BBQ season is limited around here, so we can’t wait to take full advantage of the sunshine while we can.
Here is one of our favorite recipes
UNCLE BOB’S WORLD FAMOUS CRESCENT BAR FLANK STEAK MARINADE
2 Tbsp. honey
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce
½ cup brewed coffee
½ tsp. ground cinnamon
Salt and pepper
Combine all and mix well. Allow steak to marinate overnight. Remove from marinade; drain well and grill over HOT coals. Slice it thin!
